Cindy Cuenca



Cynthia was born and raised on the West Side of San Antonio. She graduated from John F. Kennedy High School in 1999. She then took some time off to focus on raising her two boys and returned to school to receive her Associates Degree in Criminal Justice from San Antonio College in May of 2014. Cynthia graduated at the top 20% of her class, received the Distinguished Graduate Award in Law Enforcement, and was inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. She then transferred to the University of Texas at San Antonio where she then graduated at the top 15% of her class and was President of the Alpha Phi Chapter of the Alpha Chi National Honor Society. Cynthia was also inducted into Alpha Phi Sigma, UTSA’S National Criminal Justice Honor Society in the Spring of 2017. She is also fluent in Spanish. Cynthia received her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice with a Minor in Bicultural Studies in May of 2017. Cynthia has been with the Law Office of Jamie Balagia since October of 2015. She is a paralegal at our San Antonio location and works closely with our attorneys and can help assist with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your case. On her free time, she enjoys quality time with her two sons, family, and friends. She also enjoys staying active by running and putting in some time at the gym whenever possible.
