Kelli Smith Brizendine

Kelli was raised in Austin, Texas. She attended Texas State University and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and obtained her law degree from St. Mary’s School of Law in San Antonio. During her tenure at Texas State University did an internship with Texas Youth Commission Oversight Committee and was a volunteer at Bridges to Life Restorative Justice. During her tenure at St. Mary’s School of Law she was an intern for the Hays County District Attorney’s Office. She assisted the District Attorney on a death penalty case and drafted an appellate brief and won.
Kelli was licensed to practice law in November 2014 and immediately started working for the Law Office of Jamie Balagia, P.C. Prior to that she was an Investigator with Child Protective Services in Austin, Texas.
